The last remaining childhood traumas have been leaving my body over the past couple of weeks.

The experience has been very intense. Whatever is stuck very deep needs a very strong push to come out.

It took several periods of exhaustion and near-death experiences to push it out. Then it calmed.

I had a dream yesterday in which I was flying at will. I haven’t had such dreams in years. My soul is healing.
