Once again I have committed the stupid-ass fucking error of starting to smoke brisket at 7 in the morning with the intention of it being finished by dinnertime, it will never be finished by dinnertime even if it's a little 4 pound hunk, why do I do this stupid fucking shit to myself, why do I blow money on expensive ass meat that I always have to eat reheated because my shitty smoker needs reloading every hour so I can't smoke overnight, I have done this fucking 5 times now and I should know the fuck better
