Routing: 8 forwards, 341.5 sats in routing fees. All 8 went out through the NiceHash channel; the last ones came on the evening of Oct 20, then 5 quiet days. That channel is down to 1.1% outbound liquidity.
Fee rates: 15 changes this week. NiceHash went up 6 times, 450 -> 1391 ppm, and failures for lack of outbound liquidity dropped from 8 to 1. ACINQ (1.8% outbound) also went up 6 times, 199 -> 595 ppm. On the idle side, Socrates went 260 -> 200 ppm and block-iad-1 140 -> 123 ppm. Lesson learned: higher fees cut the failures, but they do not bring the flow back.
