I got it in 2022 despite being "fully vaxxed" for the time. No long term complications I'm aware of but I also know that repeat infections increase the likelihood thereof, so ideally I never get it again, and the best way to ensure that in the absence of a true sterilizing vaccine (which is being worked on! but not here yet) is to be vigilant with masks, air hygiene (filtration and ventilation), on top of staying up to date with vaccines
