To be fair the issues they are looking for are valid, but to solve them requires spending public money, and making schools more than just exam factories. I actually enjoyed primary school quite a bit, and some aspects of high school but had serious mental health issues and a breakdown which even resulted in hospital admission and a narrow escape from sectioning due to academic pressures.
I survived all those and did OK in life (have been mostly in full employment since age 18 with only a few months without a job), but I did have a supportive family and it took a big toll on me (its a major reason why I've never married nor become a parent)
