I'm thinking of doing one, But given the performance at pleroma.soykaf.com, It's either just be patient or apply patches manually.
I myself is running an modified akkoma (both be and fe) specifically for our usage, Which you can view [here](https://pen.waltuh.cyou/rrahczbef9).
So i'm thinking of backporting Pleroma patches in akkoma, but probably later as my skill in elixir wasn't great either
