Actually, he's sick. Many, MANY mental health care professionals (including his niece) have said he has all the symptoms of a malignant narcissist. I've looked it up. He does.
It's an important distinction. He can't be removed for being weird. It's possible the 25th could be used if he's unable to perform his duties because he's sick.
But I doubt his cabinet would do it.
