The adminlte_tour addon which provided a guided tour for the first time has been moved to the theme repo instead of separately as an addon. If you previously installed this addon, it should be disabled/uninstalled since it is no longer needed. To enable this feature, update your themes with ./util/update_theme_repo, and from https://mostr.pub/admin/themes disable and re-enable AdminTLE theme. This is required to register the hooks for the first time. After this visting https://mostr.pub/hq would present you with the first tour which can be skipped and later re-enabled from /settings/display.
To help new users get familiar with the interface more tours will be added in the future along with tutorial tours, e.g. making a post, creating privacy groups, etc.
