No, problem. Have around 30gb free phone storage in total and it does say it use 1.2gb app userdata after falied start, so it does have storage access (cant see any where to give it any further) and it seem to have been deployed about 60% before it fail. And have in addition tried to enabled the third and last notification permission, cleared cache/data, and trying both on mobile and wifi, and restarting/reinstalling, but still not getting past the setup page
