I don't understand how a teen can be FULLY responsible for their OWN self to be tried as an adult in a school shooting trial —

And the teen's parent is ALSO responsible because they should've recognized the "signs" and made sure the kid went to school and got help.

But wait now... wasn't the teen FULLY responsible for their own self — in this case, the teen was sentenced to life in prison.
