I thought of that before I replied.
The fight is different in that the attack is not on people so much as on a city, a blue dot on a political map.
An American city is under light occupation, today.
Tomorrow, (very near future), I believe we will see heavier occupation in an American city.
Not the same as going after an ethnic group within a city, however horrible that is.
