3. The members of the panel know we are all in the Google Search Era. There is a good chance at least one member has at least looked up your picture to know who will be at the front desk. It is a poor idea to admit to the panel that you have Googled all its members. It is horrific to go in depth into what you found out about one interviewer on the panel and what you thought about it. The panelist may laugh in the moment (and I did), but the discomfort may prove fatal to your candidacy.
