Our oldest dog, our girl Skadi, is almost 10, and is a Cane Corso. She has been experiencing some behavioral changes, and has been showing symptoms that could mean a few things. One is a brain tumor, the other is canine cognitive decline/dementia. Hard to say without an MRI of her brain, but our specialty vets seem to think it is more likely doggy dementia starting. Starting with the least invasive treatments first, so she will be starting meds soon for dementia after a full eval.
