what the byelection results do show is a) the NDP is not out, but they would still be lucky to hang on to all their seats if an election happened, and b) that the Bloc is proving to be an alternative for Quebecers, and now they have leverage. In fact, both NDP and Bloc have leverage they didn't have before, which they would lose if PP won his majority. Overall, I think the LPC, NDP, and Bloc can find a lot of common ground.
