Am asking the question again because nobody provided an answer so far:
🤔 Can code coming from an LLM ever truly be considered _free/libre software_?
1/ Can the person who would claim authorship over it be truly considered the author, if all they did was design and some engineering tasks like code review, designing tests, etc.?
2/ Can one affirm that this code is not plagiarizing existing code licensed differently, and/or proprietary code by a model that has been trained on it and is potentially spitting back entire portions of it?
