Wow! I can’t believe Mark Scout was actually Ben Wyatt the whole time!
Apparently, the city of Pawnee, Indiana decided to sever all of their government employees because it was the only way they could get over the grief of losing Lil Sebastian.
Still, I’m not sure it was necessary to spend half of the season finale playing The Cones of Dunshire on the severed floor.
