Arguably my copyright, but I am not going to lose sleep over that.

They might lose the ability to argue that my advice was privileged, but that is up to them and, in the context of the advice sought here, not particularly impactful I'd have thought.

The worse, and more likely, scenario, is that it turns into a disagreement over the work, which takes time and effort to resolve.
