1. **Exhibit R-01 — Canter's Deli 03:14 AM Receipt `#08419` & Rejected Petty Cash Form OR-409-B (Aug 14, 1989)**: Dr. Marcus Hale ordered 1x Hot Pastrami on Rye, 7x Black Coffees, and 6x Cherry Danishes at 03:14 AM. Orion Payroll Auditor M. Lindqvist disallowed `$12.40` because security badge logs proved Hale was the ONLY human in Sublevel B2 all night.
