We're at the point in the eruption where you have to check out a number of websites before you know if leaving the windows open will give you a headache or not:
- https://loftgaedi.is/ to check for sulphuric gasses and PM10/2.5/1 particles. Hveragerði doesn't have a microparticle sensor but Selfoss does, so I rely on that one
- https://www.vedur.is/eldfjoll/eldgos-a-reykjanesi/gasmengun/ and https://gos.belgingur.is/ to check whether the gasses are projected to go over your area in the next 24 hours.
