My youngest tends to get croupy with certain upper respiratory illnesses. I rushed him to the hospital when he was tiny. They were nice and treated him, but I guess it is often well managed at home. But still I hate it. He's big now, but he was breathing a bit croupy tonight. So enter parental anixety. I will probably sleep on his floor next to him. I have many tools at my disposal for managing. Caretaking, parenting, etc. is hard.
