I absolutely feel there should be greater inter-operability requirements. However, I'm not very technical and am unsure what this would mean in practice, how far it could go etc. In short, I am unsure of how to write a cogent email on the subject that the CMA might listen to. Are there any resources that might provide guidance or a template?
