Something I don't fully understand about food: we're told that fruit is good for us and we should eat more of it. However, when I check the nutritional values on Wikipedia, the description is often something along the lines of '90% water, little nutrients (e.g. vitamins)'. Fruits that are known for certain things (e.g. bananas and potassium) turn out to be overstated.
Am I missing something? There's fibre in fruit and less sugar than say chocolate I guess?
