Took a huge tumble running in the woods, tripped over a knobbly tree root. Blood, bruising. Nothing broken, just a lot of road rash and bruised ribs. But when I got up I noticed a family who came to help were pushing an empty wheelchair, and I was like: “It’s OK, thanks - I’m not that badly injured.”
