So a Senate committee just voted to hold Dr. Anthony Fauci in contempt for wisely pleading the 5th during his subpoena. I mean, will the new AG (assuming he makes it through) Todd Blanche pursue a conviction for possible prison time? This travesty is so laughable if it weren't so serious. This is serious, because it degrades the public health function of our country. It dissuades potential scientists from wanting a public service career at: NIH, CDC, HHS, FDA. So we're left with mediocre hacks.
