Much as "normal businesses" maintain HR departments, oligarchs maintain the NYTimes, Washington Post, and social media sites.
I think people are catching on *They're not actually supposed to generate profit* but we're a long ways away from anything being done about it.
So I'll keep patiently pointing it out.
