This crashing fatigue in the afternoon post Covid is not enjoyable. To be honest I got it pre covid as well, but it's worse now. I don't know how I will ever build up to my former 4 mile a day routine. Please tell me this gets better. It's been a month since I was (barely) ill with Covid. I seriously was hardly ill at all but man, I am still tired on and off. Maybe it's just because I'm older than dirt.
