I just downloaded the manual...the thing will only output sensor temperature when you ask, it will only display SET temperature on normal operation.

That's...concerning, to say the least. (for a 300+€ appliance)

At least I got to understand how to tighten the handle, that is a bit loose. I may still take a look at the top display-controller anyway if I see access to it after removing the seal.

BUT that, will be tomorrow.
