I couldn't find anything in BitWarden that provides AuthN as in your screen recording. KeePassXC absolutely does't provide it, but I'm surprised by the lack of help about BitWarden.
There is help for TOTP, but I already have TOTP working fine and it's not supported by Harvard.
Can you try https://webauthn.io/ and tell me how your bitwarden is set up if it works?
