There’s obviously going to be all kinds of emotions mixed into it including mourning what could’ve been, so no need to rush.
Absolutely never too late to do art if you’re willing to let go of the capitalist urge to make a profit from it right at the start.
Maybe you will be able to earn money from your art someday if that’s the road you choose, but at this stage I think it’s important you stick to the good feeling you have just doing it.
