It's always a bit weird when the Japanese PM steps down (an almost yearly occurrence). Part of the thing is a relief, because he sucked (not just this one, all of them for decades probably). Part of the thing is concerning because the next one could be worse, especially because the fascists are around the corner bidding their time these days.
