Affecting all software regardless of license. I've already watched 10 years worth of software development in Rust with libraries using the MIT license. I can't think of any instance where something was closed and erased, but plenty where a crate was abandoned and then forked with a new maintainer. The Crates repository archives every release of a crate uploaded to it, and you can't remove something once it's published.
