Women's Self Defence courses.
Teen daughter got inappropriately touched at work. A unexpectedly, a guest stroked her lower back, saying "Its ok, I know you" while his mate asked if he was going to "feel her up"
She initially froze up, then ran and hid.
So I was wondering how I can help her with options, if / when something happens in the future. What has been useful for other women? What skilled have worked?
I know we have various marital arts places around locally. Or do we try and find more of a shorter focused womans self defence course?
She is in the last year at school, so should be studying more, but she spends all her spare time at Surf Lifesaving (training, training others, being on various boards etc).
