We have 305acres of trail systems surrounded by crown land. It’s never too much.
I do have 45acres set aside that can be leased or sold, but I meet a lot of resistance from the men in my family when I talk about cash flowing it. Although they burn up gas on machines, so the money for that has to come from somewhere. 🤣
The costs to subdivide are enormous. We will see how it all shapes up.
