"content": "I think I'm maxed out on Bolivian hate. :whitecat_wtf: I don't think I could possibly hate them any more than I already do. :tiresome2: \r\n\r\nSo, taking advantage of \"free healthcare\", they'd cross the border, use our hospitals for free and then fuck off back to their mountain. They'd use the border to smuggle goods into their country as well. Once the border got closed, they started to have supply problems. Immediately. Showing how frail their economy is.\r\n\r\nAs hospitals begin charging them for the service, the demand ceases and hospitals are no longer running above full capacity.
