Being almost constantly alone when gearing up seems to be having somewhat more of a negative effect lately 😐
I've been mostly alone throughout my school and college life, and even my working life I spend a lot of my time alone. In the beginning, I locked myself away alone when gearing up, but lately I'm getting more and more scared that I'm gonna end up alone whatever I do.
It's horrible feeling as though I'm constantly fighting myself, I just feel so powerless to change it though...
