Yesterday in my #fedora elipse:
* Resigned eln with fedora-46 key.
* Added redhat secalert to our security reporting address
* Looked at our sporadic auth issue thing, updated/rebooted ipa servers for good measure.
* Increased rsyncd limits on download servers.
* Live migrated batcave01 from vmhost-x86-01 to 02. (to allow for 01 reinstall soon)
* Retired noc02 completely
* Reinstalled noc01 with rhel10 and off vmhost-x86-01
