Luchsinger

"Ele mente o tempo inteiro. [...]

Eis a nota do Palácio do Planalto:

🇺🇲 URGENT: Lula’s Administration Responds to Roberta
Luchsinger’s “Bombshell” Interview

Lobbyist Roberta Luchsinger gave a bombshell interview to CNN.

She said that she and her two daughters are being threatened and blamed President Lula for putting a target on her back by calling her a “crook.”

“If anything happens to me, it’s his fault,” said Roberta Luchsinger.

In the interview, Luchsinger also says that if the Federal Police investigate the case thoroughly, they will get to the “young man’s son.” The mention is understood to be a reference to President Lula’s son.

“It’s public knowledge that Fábio Luís has been to ministers’ homes. He even traveled to Camilo Santana’s home in Ceará. Lula is a big liar when he talks about me and not about his son,” she said.

The businesswoman and lobbyist also claims that the Workers’ Party member was aware of the meetings that his son, Fábio Luís Lula da Silva—known as “Lulinha”—held with government ministers at his home.

“He lies all the time. [...] If I’m a crook and this whole group used to come and go from my house, then they’re crooks just like me,” Roberta asserts.

Here is the statement from the Planalto Palace:

“President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva is completely unaware of the facts reported by Ms. Roberta Luchsinger. As he has already clarified on other occasions, he has never had any communication with her, has never received her requests, and has no knowledge of any alleged negotiations such as those mentioned. It is important to emphasize that there is no federal government contract with Roberta.

It is strange that these statements are being released precisely on the eve of the second round of the election. Brazil has already witnessed, in other electoral processes, the dissemination of unsubstantiated allegations used as a tool to manipulate public opinion. The repetition of this tactic represents an irresponsible attempt to disrupt the democratic process and interfere with voters’ free choice.”
