They're beautiful! Do you brush them with butter before baking to get them nice and brown like that? Thx for the advice. I made scones for the first time recently and the recipe called for brushing them with a plant-based milk (I'm vegan) before cooking them and they were tasty but didn't brown. I ended up broiling them a little to get them at least light brown...lol.
