Pretty sure the climate change exacerbated by the AI craze is going to end modern human society before the bubble pops. After all if nobody has electricity, water, or Internet access (hard to use the Internet without power for its infrastructure), they won't be able to use PCs to access LLMs (either cloud or local). :P
