When my spray cans run out of paint, I have gotten jnto the habit of depresurising the can and recovering the ball bearings before recycling.
Interesting note.
A can of stone textured paint produced dull balls, whereas normal paint has shiny balls.
Also, car paints from Halfords have glass marbles! They are nice.
