U.S. District Judge David O. Carter signaled today that he would reject the Trump admin's emergency bid to stop CA from counting mail ballots from more than 20,000 registered voters the DOJ alleges are likely noncitizens.
Carter called out the DoJ bluff: “If it’s this big, you’ve got a remedy for goodness sakes. Go out and indict.”
He warned: “This court believes it would be wise that any threats to state or county (election) employees cease immediately."
