I have been part of a team negotiating a license agreement with Disney. I don't recall that Disney would have been okay with a sentence like the one here in a PR announcement, if it hadn't actually been a hard agreement.

But it seems no such investment was ever made or reported to Disney investors as financial regulations would require.

So my question is, who was defrauded?
