If you know a streamer who "gets hundreds of live participants ez", you know someone really famous (examples are when people more modernly conventionally famous than, well, tbh Kent Pitman, like Daniel Stenberg or some of European friends, do see significantly higher itinerant one-episode spikes).

So, I do think I am going to try rattling medium and Patreon for these huge numbers of additional interested people, even though every time I try engaging with something like Medium I'm annoyed.
