So yesterday was shit, but I want to give special thanks and recognition to the emergency responders in our little burg, who arrived at one of my worst experiences and had everything under control. I’m sure they get paid shit, such is our culture, but they deserve better AND ditto for the army of nurses, cleaning crew, nutritional services et al. And of course, above all, my husband who took command and handled a situation that was scary AF.
