but from what I observed, the system that surrounds, is already half rotten. Whole villages are semi abandoned, services are badly run etc. So? here is a scope for self management! I think the 'revolution' is already happening there. The local people are 'taking over the means of production' precisely because the centralized authorities cannot cope anymore.
