Yeah, Social Darwinism is pseudoscience and a product of colonialism and White supremacy. There is no one essential "human nature" (we are a diverse species, neurodiversity is part of that) but we are essentially a social species and cooperation is key to our survival. This doesn't mean we don't have conflict, how we manage conflict and competition is largely cultural. Our main problem is that Social Darwinism and White male (and just human) supremacy are still deeply embedded in our institutions and practice of science.
