After Next has established (in the courts) that discrimination between warehouse & shop-floor staff is based on market 'realities' (or workers' employment priorities) not gender, its likely a good time to review the continuing range of the gender pay difference across the UK.

Perhaps the most notable thing is that financial services & a range of professions remain the worst performers on equalising gender pay... so is this because women don't *want* to join the professions?
