Are disclosures OK right up to midnight; or is it restaurant rules where you get counted as an asshole if you order before closing in a way that will force the kitchen to remain active late?
So just one of the on-draft vulns 15 minutes before closing is fine; but a medium rare RCE 15 minutes before the IR team gets to spit in it?
