So, when an LLM does something like make a reservation at a restaurant with a $200 cancellation fee, who should be responsible? The idiot who trusted a plagiarism bot, or the idiots who designed the supplied the plagiarism bot?

I think both of them should be held responsible, and both should be required to pay the cancellation fee in full to the restaurant.

Same with any violation. Both the user and supplier of the bot should be penalized.
