I've only ever met one person who admitted to voting LibDem - the most completely unpolitical person I've ever met. She didn't even know what "left" and "right" denote in politics.
She thought the LibDems were a upper middle class party, and that's how she saw herself. Not rich or a snob, because then she would vote Conservative.
